Programming skills are the best and most equitable measure for sourcing Software Developers. Candidly objectively matches recruiters to those candidates with the skills to do the job. 

How does it work? It's simple:

  • Receive a curated list of interested candidates from our pool of developers who are a skills match to the role.

  • Review their anonymous profile and identify those you would like to enter your hiring funnel.
